Terms & Conditions
1. A waiting time of up to 15 minutes beyond the agreed pickup time will be allowed. After this time, a charge of £100 per 60 minutes of waiting will apply, payable in cash to the chauffeur upon return to the vehicle. Card details may be retained at the time of booking. If you are not back to the vehicle within 30 minutes of the end of hire and no contact has been made, the chauffeur may leave with the vehicle, and Luxurious Limousines will not be held responsible.
2. By confirming your booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which include all obligations and restrictions outlined herein. You also consent to Luxurious Limousines processing personal information, including debit/credit card payments, for the purpose of fulfilling your booking. Payment details are securely retained until after your event.
3. Bookings are only secured upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, payable via credit/debit card or bank transfer.
4. Any breakages or damages will be charged to the card on file or invoiced to you. You will be notified once the vehicle has been inspected. If a vehicle must be taken off-road for repairs, resulting in loss of earnings, the client will also be charged £500 per day.
5. Balances must be paid 14 days prior to the hire date via bank transfer, or in cash at the time of collection if agreed upon booking.
6. Cancellations must be made in writing or via email at least 14 days prior to the hire date. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days of the hire date require full payment. Luxurious Limousines may pursue unpaid amounts through small claims court if necessary.
7. In the unlikely event that Luxurious Limousines cannot fulfill a booking due to reasons beyond its control, an alternative vehicle will be offered. Beyond this, Luxurious Limousines accepts no further liability.
8. While every effort will be made to meet deadlines, Luxurious Limousines accepts no responsibility for delays.
9. We are not responsible for financial or personal loss due to mechanical failure or events beyond our control, including (but not limited to) war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorism, industrial disputes, natural disasters, technical transport issues, road closures, severe weather, or vehicle alterations.
10. We recommend adequate insurance coverage for events and special occasions booked through Luxurious Limousines. We do not provide or advise on insurance.
11. For airport collections, waiting time is free for the first 30 minutes after landing. Delayed flights may affect other bookings; we reserve the right to provide an alternative vehicle or end the hire if necessary.
12. Passengers may not smoke or consume food in any vehicle. Luxurious Limousines reserves the right to terminate service immediately for violations.
13. Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times. Charges for damage start at £10 per item and may include additional valeting fees (£150) or a £500 per day fee if the vehicle is taken off-road due to misuse. Payment will be taken via card on file.
14. Any additional pickups, drop-offs, or stops not pre-agreed will incur extra charges, payable in cash at the chauffeur’s discretion.
15. For safety reasons, Luxurious Limousines may refuse transport if the vehicle is overloaded or passengers are unfit to travel.
16. While every care is taken, Luxurious Limousines is not responsible for loss or damage to luggage or personal property.
17. We cannot be held responsible for vehicle access restrictions at any location.
18. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
